Our Story
Est. 2023
I started my loc journey in June of 2019 after years of contemplation. One day I just decided to do it and I never looked back. I have been natural for my entire life so I know the struggles of finding a product for our unique curls. I also know the devastation of finding a holy grail of a product only for the company to change its formula and no longer work for my hair. It was all too much so I decided to create products for myself and have been doing that since college. Once I decided to loc my hair that was an entirely different journey.
I am a natural hair stylist and I, for the most part, use my products on all of my clients (after asking them if they have any allergies of course). I didn’t really take notice of how well it was going until they started asking what I did to make their hair so soft. That’s when I realized I might as well sell them for them to use on their own. Thus Black Alchemy was born.

Using only natural ingredients we provide a completely sustainable product that contributes to the vitality of the environment as well as the prosperity of the community. Our products are made with nothing but love and excellence as we aim to provide the best experience to help our people have a greater sense of connection to the wonders that grow out of your beautiful scalp.
